A native of Woonsocket, RI, Mrs. Giles was a daughter of the late Oscar Hawkes and Vivian Eberhart Hawkes.
Survivors include her husband, Norris “Butch” Giles of Hull; daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Bobby Knight of Hull; sisters, Connie Coleman of Danielsville and Christina Martin of Hull; grandchildren, Brianna Knight and Emily Knight, both of Hull; nephew, Elijah Wessinger and niece, Elizabeth Martin.
The family will receive friends Monday, February 12 from 5-7 p.m. at Bernstein Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 13 at 2 p.m. at Canvas Church with Pastor Bryan Townsend officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.
