Dolores “Dolly” Camille (Pion) Howard, 84, passed away June 6, 2015. Dolly was a long-time resident of Kansas City, MO, but had recently been living with her daughter in Watkinsville, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Eva Pion, husband, Harland “Holly” Howard (2000), and grandson, Joshua Reeves (2007 KIA Iraq War). She is survived by her sister, Mary, children, Jean (James), Harland (Amy), Noel, Robin (Virgil), Lorin (Joyce), 18 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
