A native of Jefferson, Mrs. Brewer was a daughter of the late Emory Hoyt Merk and Alva Garrison Merk.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack H. Brewer; brother, Emory Merk; and sister, Janette Johnson.
Survivors include children, Terry Brewer of Crawford and Beverly Goldman of Jefferson; six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will Saturday, February 18 from 1-3 p.m. at Bernstein Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Ricketts officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.
