James Campbell Mercer, 71, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2012.
Born in Crisp County, he was the son of the late John Henry and Maggie Adkins Mercer. Mr. Mercer was retired from Reeves Hardware Company in Clayton, Georgia where he was employed as a sales person and was a member of the Battle Branch Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughter Michelle Napier of Bishop, sister Peggy Cunningham of Cumming, granddaughter Brittany Napier, nephews Glenn and John Campbell and niece Sharon Strevel.
Memorial services for Mr. Mercer will be 2pm Sunday, December 30, at the Battle Branch Baptist Church.
