Jean Mize Fair, 78, passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2012.
A native of Oglethorpe County, she was the daughter of the late Louie E. and Lucy Lee Copeland Mize. Mrs. Fair worked at Sears for over thirty years as a part time sales associate and attended Prospect United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband Claude E. Fair of Athens, daughters Donna Fair of Athens and Karen McDaniel and husband William of Athens, special person Matt Jackson of Farmington, grandchildren Billy and Craig McDaniel and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11am Saturday, December 29th, at the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Luther Fouche officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.
