Louise Lewis Mcdaniel

A native of Coffee County, GA, Mrs. McDaniel was the daughter of the late Cecil and Selina Kelly Lewis and was preceded in death by her husband, Jack McDaniel. She retired from Glynn Brunswick Memorial Hospital after 20 years as a nurse in the oncology department where she was an excellent and caring nurse to her patients. Mrs. McDaniel was a member of First Baptist Church in Brunswick, GA.

Survivors include daughters, Danaria Jesweak and husband, Don of Bogart, GA and Kelly Taylor and husband, Mark of Waynesville, GA; eight grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 2PM Thursday, September 8th at Evergreen Memorial Park with Rev Mark Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Wednesday, September 7th at the Jesweak residence, 1010 Old Waverly Way, Bogart, GA 30622.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Alzheimer’s Association Georgia Chapter, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550, Atlanta, GA 30346.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Family Life Enrichment Center for their care of Mrs. McDaniel and her family.
