Mrs. Hatfield was born July 3, 1921 in Ponemah, Illinois, Warren County and married Robert Earl Hatfield in Livingston, Missouri on August 2, 1942. He preceded her in death on October 6, 1986.
She retired from the City of Galesburg in 1984 and moved to Port Charlotte, Florida in the same year. After the passing of her husband, she moved to Athens, Georgia.
She is survived by her 4 sons, Rex Earl (Teresa), Robin Gene (Pom), Richard Dean (Milissa), all of Athens, GA, and Melvin Roy of Bartonville, Illinois.
She has numerous grand and great-grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2-4PM Sunday, April 22nd at Bernstein Funeral Home.
