Born in Bishop, Mark was the son of the late James Lewis Eidson. He worked in the lumber business and was a workaholic. He also enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include a son, Marcus S. Eidson; sister, Cynthia Taylor; nieces: Patricia Young and Latosha Steward; great-niece, Makaylee Bond; four great-nephews: Ron Jones, DJ Lewis, Devin Lewis and Ryley Lewis.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 12, at 2:00 p.m., at Lester Cemetery, 2810 Cherokee Rd., Athens, with The Rev. Samuel Porras officiating.
Bernstein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
