

Mike was born November 12, 1947 to the late Daniel and Geneva Johnson. He was a retired employee of Reliance Electric and a United States Army Veteran.
Michael Johnson was the last of his two brothers, Herbert and Walter Johnson, and his sister, Marion Johnson.
Survivors include his eldest son, Michael Clay Johnson, his fiancée, Yasmine Moshtael, and their two daughters, McKinzie Johnson and Devon Corley; his youngest son, Cody Wes Johnson, his fiancée, Quadrika Hancock, their daughter, Alayah Johnson; his sons' mother, Deborah Ann Johnson; his three nephews, who were like sons to him, Daniel, Joel, and Jesse Johnson, as well as three great-nephews and two great-nieces.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 17 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bogart Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday, January 16 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mike had an infectious smile and was a selfless man who would do anything for anyone. He was a survivor who weathered many storms but always remained optimistic and full of spirit. He loved his family unconditionally and will forever be missed. He was truly a great man.
