He was born in Athens, Georgia to Pete and Nell Brock. He is survived by his wife, Sabina Brock and his two sons, Erik William Brock of Atlanta, Georgia and Jeffrey Robert Brock of Los Angeles, California; one sister, Sandra Wilson and his favorite fishing buddy, Lauda, his Golden Retriever.
Ronnie was a longtime resident of Watkinsville, Georgia, a graduate of Oconee High School and a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy. He served as a captain in the United States Army.

Ronnie struggled with heart disease most of his life, but lost his battle with his family at his side on his beloved farm.
To his wife, Sabina and sons, Erik and Jeffrey, he was the best husband, father and friend they could ask for.
Per Mr. Brock’s request, there will be no formal services and a celebration of life will be held at later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the American Heart Association, 1720 Epps Bridge Parkway, Suite 108-383, Athens, Georgia 30606 or the National Foundation for Transplants, 5350 Poplar Ave., Suite 430, Memphis, TN 38119, in the name of Ronald William Brock.
