Ruth Cash Fowler

A native of Athens, Mrs. Fowler was the daughter of the late Layman Lester and Cora Watkins Cash and was preceded in death by two brothers, Hugh W. Cash and Layman Cash. She was the co-founder of Fowler Office Products in 1978. She was a member of Beech Haven Baptist Church since 2001, where she had taught Precept classes to many students. She also loved her missionary work to Russia and other places.

Survivors include her husband, William Fowler; sons, Todd and wife, Deborah H. Fowler of Athens and Mark and wife, Sherry L. Fowler of Raleigh, NC; brothers, Frank E.Cash of Athens, Harvey L. Cash of Acworth, and J. Gary Cash of Anderson, SC; sister, Divonia C.Cline of Woodstock, and grandchildren, Katherine Fowler, Scott Fowler, Megan Fowler, Libby Fowler, and Graham Fowler.

Funeral services will be held 3:30PM Saturday, January 14th at Beech Haven Baptist Church with The Reverends Ray and Roy Fowler officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park with the Reverend Harvey Cash officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Friday, January 13th at Bernstein Funeral Home.
