Andrew Thomas Arsulowicz

Andrew was born in Peru, Indiana to Thomas E. Arsulowicz and Carla A. Arsulowicz on May 19, 1969. He went to school in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Winter Park, Florida. He attended Valencia Community College, Orlando, FL and Grand Rapids Community College, MI. He worked in the restaurant/beverage hospitality industry for companies in Michigan and Georgia for over 30 years, which included the Amway Grand Plaza, Ritz Carlton, The Horseradish Grille, and Verde Taqueria. He had been a member of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and attended Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Atlanta, GA. Andrew enjoyed participating in baseball, track, soccer, and surfing in his youth, and snow-skiing in Colorado and hiking in adulthood. Known as "Frenchie" to his GA friends, Andrew was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and University of Georgia Football. He enjoyed the culinary arts and community volunteer work.

Andrew was preceded in death by his father, Thomas E. Arsulowicz.

Andrew is survived by his mother, Carla A. Arsulowicz, sister, Amy A. Shipley, MD, brother-in-law, CMDR, US Navy (Ret.) - Matthew B. Shipley, his nephews Joshua, Ryan, and Daniel Shipley, niece, Megan Shipley, many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his beloved English Golden Retriever, Porkchop.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 AM, April 17, 2023, at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 1406 Hearst Dr. N.E., Atlanta, GA 30319 Funeral Mass service will be held 11:00 AM., April 17,2023 at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Atlanta (Brookhaven), GA. Burial will follow at a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery, Grand Rapids, MI. Arrangements are by H.M Patterson & Son Funeral Home- Oglethorpe Hill Chapel.

Donations in his memory may be given to the Nancy Stringer School Scholarship Fund at St. Margaret Mary Catholic School, 142 E. Swoope Ave., Winter Park, FL 32789.
