Catherine Olivia Phillips, 83, of Atlanta, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Ms. Phillips is survived by her brother & sister-in-law, Albert E. & Charlotte M. Phillips of Atlanta, nieces & nephews, Deborah E. Wallace, Burt Wallace, Katherine G. Phillips, & Albert E. Phillips, Jr. Graveside service will be held Friday, December 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta with Dr. Stephen M. Huntley, Jr. officiating.
