Elizabeth Adair O’Gorman passed away March 27, 2024, at the tender age of 20. Adair was a remarkable child whose journey was marked by resilience, courage, and an extraordinary capacity to bring joy and inspiration to those around her. From the very beginning it was clear her path would be unique. Despite the challenges posed by her special needs, Adair faced life with a determination and a zest that was truly inspiring. Her smile, so full of pure joy and warmth, had the power to light up a room and lift the spirits of everyone she encountered. She taught us all compassion.
Adair is survived by her parents, Rhonda O'Gorman and Brian O’Gorman; her older brother, Everett O’Gorman; and a wide circle of extended family and friends who deeply mourn her passing. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Rena Everett and Martin O'Gorman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Cathedral of Saint Philip on Saturday April 13th at 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Ellis School (https://www.elliscenter.org/provide-support), the Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool Inclusion Program (https://peachtreepresbyterianpreschool.org/in-loving-memory-of-adair-ogorman/), or FOCUS of Georgia (https://focus-ga.org/donate ). All of these programs were important in the life of Adair and would benefit from your support.
