Jackie C. Joiner, 83, of Atlanta, Georgia died July 24, 2017. A Navy Veteran, Mr. Joiner is survived by his sister, Peggy J. Almond and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 31 at 1 o'clock at Patterson's Spring Hill. Interment Crestlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at H.M.
