Mary Ann Wolcott Atkins, 83, of Atlanta, died August 13, 2010. Prior to marriage, Mary Ann was a flight attendant “Stewardess” for United Airlines and after raising her three children, went back to school and became a travel agent for AAA and also traveled the world. Preceded in death by her parents, Alan and Dorothy Wolcott, brother, Ted Wolcott and beloved husband of over 50 years, Daniel B. Atkins. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kristine and Dave Miller, sons, Alan Atkins and Andrew Atkins, grandchildren, Jennifer (Jim) Goff, Jay Langston and Ben Miller, great-grandchildren, Meredith and Sam Goff. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 15 at 3 o’clock at Oglethorpe Hill Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at H.M. Patterson & son, Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30319.
