On Saturday, May 3, 2014 Paul T. Stagliano, 52, of Atlanta, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Beloved husband of Madeleine (nee deJaham). Devoted and loving father of Maria, Grace, and Rose. Loving son of Yola the late Albert Stagliano. Dearest brother of Richard (Gerrie), David (Madeleine), and Donna (Steve Swetsky), and adored uncle to many nephews and nieces. Paul was a member and lector at Our of the Assumption Catholic Church. He received his B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania in Dec. 1982, graduating cum laude, and received his J.D. with honors from Duke University School of Law in May 1986. Paul, a labor and employment attorney, worked at AT&T (formerly Bell South) since 1992. He will be sadly missed by his coworkers; he was loyal, dedicated, and committed to all. He was a member of the State Bar of GA, the Atlanta Bar Assoc., the American Bar Assoc., and a member of the Atlanta Lawyers Club. Paul loved to cook and by all accounts, was a master chef. He enjoyed traveling and loved to spend free time with his wife and three daughters, of whom he was so proud. He enjoyed family time on the Fla. Panhandle, and his yearly visits with his extended family in New Jersey at Christmas time, and during the summer in Wildwood. He will be deeply missed by friends and family, especially for his quick wit, generous spirit, and great faith. Visitation will take place Monday evening, May 5, from 6:30 to 9:00 PM at H.M.
