Anita Karen Bearden

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 at 1pm at Morgan Funeral Chapel with Rev. Shane Bearden & Rev. Anthony Bellew officiating.

Anita faithfully served the Lord from her youth and was a member and staff pastor of Flow Church in Ashville, AL. She dedicated many years of her life to the Kingdom of God by singing, playing the piano and directing church choirs. Anita will be greatly missed and her legacy will live on through her family and the countless ones she taught music lessons and led in choir ministry.

Anita is preceded in death by her father, Pascal Bellew. Survivors include mother, Luvena Bellew; husband, Terry Bearden; son, Shane (Misty) Bearden; brother, Anthony (Renee) Bellew; grandchildren, Madeline (Gabe) Smith, Conner Bearden, Ella Bearden; niece, McKenzie (Briley) Shrewsberry; nephew, Carter Bellew; and a host of extended family and friends.

Special thanks to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice, as well as Rachel Harden, Vickie Hammett & the rest of the team of caregivers. Family will receive friends at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 12pm until the time of service at 1pm.

Pallbearers will be Conner Bearden, Carter Bellew, Gabe Smith, Briley Shrewsberry, Jake Blankenship, Anthony Whittington.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Meigs and Kevin Thrasher.

A private graveside service will be held at Rainbow Memorial Gardens immediately following the service.

Morgan Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
