Carolyn V Perkins

Carolyn V. Perkins 72 of Boaz passed away February 27, 2022. Funeral Service will be at 2p.m. Friday, March 4, 2022 at Morgan Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12 until 2p.m. Burial at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Morgan Funeral Chapel directing.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy R. Perkins; parents, Horrace “Bud” Crowe and Katie Maycel Crowe; brothers, Horace and Eugene Crowe and her sister, Evelyn Avery.

She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth (Adam) Kurpakus, LeAnn (William) Horton, Ashley (Rita) Perkins, Jessica Franklin; grandchildren, Nevah, Mckenzie (Jeremy) Mize, Ivie Keener, Tuxson Puchhas; brothers and sisters, James (Rachel) Crowe, Joyce (Travis) Jones, Betty Jo (Daryl) Hanson, Paul David (Rosemary) Crowe; honorary daughters, Norma Hill and Renee (Steven) Qualls and honorary sons, Eric (Tiffany) Powell and Matt Bearden; honorary granddaughter, Destiny Hillsman; a host of nieces and nephews. She was also an amazing foster parent to numerous children all over Etowah County.

Pallbearers will be Adam, Jeremy, Matt, Eric, Bo, Philip, Johnny Ray, and Justin.
