

Craig was a loving husband, father, “Paw Paw”, brother, and son. He loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and was passionate about his testimony. Craig’s humble heart was made evident upon hearing him pray. He was a family man with God being first, his family second, and himself last. Craig was a member of Siberton Baptist Church. He retired from Attalla City Public Works. His hobbies included fishing, dirt track racing, and most of all, Alabama Football “ROLL TIDE”.
The Celebration of Life for Craig Cantrell will be Friday, December 6th at Siberton Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM with services to follow at 12:00 PM. Brother Sammy O’Dell to officiate and Bart Gunter with special music.
Craig is preceded in death by parents Charles and Glennis Cantrell and mother-in-law Carolyn Battles.
He is survived by wife Becky Cantrell, son Josh Cantrell (Sarah), daughter Heather Johnson (Jonathan), daughter Carley Smith (Kendall), son Cale Wissler, sister Sandra Payne, father-in-law Gene Ed Battles, sister-in-law Karen Harris (Jimmy), grandchildren; Kairi, KJ, and Kantrell Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Siberton Baptist Church Building Fund.
