A memorial service will be held at Sand Valley Assembly of God on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 2pm for Elizabeth Hicks, age 74 of Arab, who passed from this life on January 29, 2021. Lenny Jo Carroll will officiate. Morgan Funeral Chapel directing.
Elizabeth grew up in Etowah County. She loved quilting, her children, and her grandchildren. She was a resident of Cullman County, and was a loving mother, grandmother, and wonderful cook.
She was preceded in death by her son, David Maroney; her sister, Gail; and her parents, Taft and Amber Mae Clark. She is survived by her sons, Mike (Sandi) Maroney and Keith Maroney; grandchildren, Kaci Maroney, Tyler (Hannah) Miller, and Caitlyn Maroney; and grandchildren, Koti Patton, Rhyker Morton, and Amelia Rose Miller; and brother, Albert Clark.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sandy Valley Assembly of God Attalla, Alabama.
