Evan was in a committed relationship with Auburn Football and NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick. He loved life, never met a stranger and could always make you smile.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joel and Charlene Dobbins, and his grandparents.
He is survived by his daughters, Karina Dobbins and Alyssa Dobbins; brothers, Eric Dobbins and Eli Dobbins; special aunt, "Aunt J" Janet Dobbins; nephew, Joe Bodie Dobbins; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 3 until 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
