

Graveside services honoring Gerald are scheduled for 1:30 pm Monday, March 17, 2025 at Bethlehem United Baptist Church, 1770 Gallant Rd, Gallant, Alabama. Bro. Alvin Turner will officiate.
Gerald was born and raised in Concord, Alabama. He owned Concord Barber Shop for 25 years. On his days off he enjoyed fishing on the Warrior River. He also worked as a belt foreman at Concord and Brookwood mines. After retiring he moved to Chandler Mt. in Steele, Alabama where he enjoyed raising goats. He was a member of Bethlehem United Baptist Church for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edgar and Myrtle Robinson, sister Julia Albright and niece Teresa Kay Robinson.
Gerald is survived by his wife Bobette (Bobbie) Robinson, daughter Linda (Jackie) Milam and grandson, Jason Perrin; son, Brandon Robinson; brother Jacky (Pat) Robinson; sister Carolyn (James) Roberts; brother Johnny (Debbie) McCoy and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jason Perrin, Ronald Robinson, Jackie Milam, Johnny Beasley, Josh Beasley, and Gregg Trentham.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Marian Manankil, Dr. Tapan Abrol, Dr. Etagbo Eta. Jeanie Lewis of Southern Care New Beacon Hospice for her care in his final days.
Arrangements are entrusted to Morgan Funeral Home, Attalla, Alabama.
