A Celebration of Life for Kenneth will be announced by the family at a later date.
Kenneth was a simple man who loved all his friends and family, most importantly his six children. He loved the outdoors and always had a passion for mud riding and swimming. Kenneth loved country music and he always sported his Alabama football gear.
Preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray DeJarnett Sr.; uncle, George A. DeJarnett II; and aunt, Rebecca Beatty.
Kenneth is survived by his mother, Joyce (David) Nation; brother, Billy (Tabatha) DeJarnett; sister, Serena DeJarnett; sons, Kenneth DeJarnett Jr., Brian DeJarnett, Anthony DeJarnett, Ashton DeJarnett, and Preston DeJarnett; daughter, Genesis DeJarnett, and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart Association or The American Diabetes Association.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Riverview Regional Medical Center and his friend, Amanda Campbell.
