Kimberly Joy Jones

Kimberly Joy Blevins Jones was an amazing wife, mother, and Nani. She was a very special woman and touched more lives in her 53 years on this Earth than many do in 80-90 years. She loved God, her family, and her friends more than anything and would give anyone the shirt off her back if they needed it. She also had a very big passion for Girl Scouts. She was an active parent, leader, and assistant leader over the 20+ years of service with the organization. She has always been and will always be loved and missed by so many.

She is preceded in death by her father, Sam E. Blevins, and her mother, Edna Mae Blevins.

She is survived by her husband Christopher Jones, her children; Devin Jones(Miranda Mills), Samantha(Jimmy) Harrington, Chrissy Jones(Seth Gray), and her grandchildren; Katie Mills, Christopher Helms, Samuel Jones, Lily Harrington, Brendan Helms, Gabriel Harrington, and Leo Jones.

The family will be having a Memorial Service for Kimberly Joy Blevins Jones on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. at Wilson Park (313 Nancy Carrol Ave, Glencoe, Al. 35905). They ask that everyone who comes to bring a fold up chair and have a good memory to share of Mrs. Jones. The service will be officiated by Pastor Jamie Talley.

A special thank you to the doctors and nurses in the ICU at Riverview Regional Medical Center and the staff at Fresenius Kidney Care in Attalla, Alabama, for all the work you did and care you showed for Mrs. Jones. Cremation was handled by Morgan Funeral Home in Attalla, AL.
