She is survived by her husband, Steven Robbins; mother, Sherry Smith Starns, three children, two grandchildren, and a host of Friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, May Cox.
Melinda was born on July 30th, 1978, in Red Bay, AL. She resided in Steele, AL. She was loved by many.
A memorial will be held on Saturday, September 6th to celebrate her life.
