Mona Vaughn-Ramos, or as she was more affectionately known as "Sissy" was born on January 31, 1972 to the union of Coy and Mona Vaughn in Attalla, Alabama, Sissy transitioned from this life on August 26, 2021 at the Tender age of 49. Sissy is preceded in death by her father, Coy Vaughn; mother, Mona Vaughn; big brother Randall Vaughn and her special Kelly Tucker.
Sissy leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Arturo Ramos; daughters, Ashley (Brandan) Green of Warner Robins, Ga., Whitley (Kenneth) Hudson of Attalla, Lindsey Grace Ramos of Attalla; sons, Nicholas and Andrew Ramos of Attalla, A.J. (Sommer) Ramos of Southside and Able Ramos of Attalla; grandchildren, Braylon, Kadence, Gracie, Landan, Jacob Wayne, Kenna, Noelle, Kora, Ava and Jaxson; siblings, Michael Vaughn and Clara Hill; special aunt and second mom, Linda Welsh; cousins, nieces, nephews and other family members. Sissy was completely devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Morgan Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm-3:00pm at Morgan Chapel.
