Funeral services will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Attalla, AL. Visitation in the Chapel will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, and on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 1:00pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:00pm. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Lebanon FCM Church Cemetery. Bro. Steve Lucy will officiate.

Polly was a beloved daughter of Paul and Annie Mae Holderfield. Known for her loving and generous spirit, she touched the lives of many with her kindness and craftsmanship. Her hands were rarely still—she enjoyed cooking and crafting, often creating skillful, heartfelt gifts for family and friends.

Her kitchen was truly the heart of her home, where the aroma of delicious food brought loved ones together. To Pauline, cooking was about more than nourishment; it was about gathering with the family she cherished so deeply.

A devoted Christian woman, Polly led many generations to Christ through her unwavering faith. She was a faithful member of Steele Baptist Church for over 60 years, serving as a Sunday school teacher, GA leader, VBS Director, and a cherished member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class.

She will be dearly missed but forever remembered for her love, faith, and the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.

Polly is survived by her husband, Jimmie Jack Boggs; sister, Thelma Chamblee; daughters, Pam Malone (Bobby) and Sherron DeWeese (Darrell); grandchildren, Rachael DeWeese, Stacie Totsch (Ross), Sarah Stone (Tyler) and Dylan Malone (Cheyenne); great grandchildren, Laela and Levi Totsch, Oliver Malone, and Shepherd and Ruby Stone.

Pallbearers are Darrell DeWeese, Robert Malone, Dylan Malone, Ross Totsch, Tyler Stone, Jayland McGinnis and Kurt Nassif.

Honorary pallbearers are Dennis Simmons, and Matthew Hull.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Robert Green, and Dr. Daniela DeLima, to the sweet sitters, who made our Mom their family, as well as our family; and to all of you for your thoughts, prayers, cards and visits.
