Memorial service will be at 5p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Church of the Holy Sprit in Attalla with Rev. Myron Alanstein officiating.
Woody was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carol Woods; son, Phillip Woods; and parents, Sidney E. Woods and Hazel R. Woods.
He is survived by his son, Dean (Kim) Woods; grandsons, DJ Woods and Chris Woods; great grandchildren, Haley Woods and Brecklyn Woods; and special friend, Mark Janderlee.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made Morgan Funeral Chapel.
