Steven Earl Nabers of Ashville, Alabama went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2019. Funeral services will be held at twelve o’clock on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Ashville. There will be no graveside services. Brother Jay Stewart and Wyatt Johnston officiating, Morgan Funeral Chapel directing.
Mr. Nabers was a member of First Baptist Church of Ashville and he worked for 35 years at Alabama Power.
Steven was preceded in death by infant daughter, Rebekah Nabers. He is survived by his wife, Amy Nabers; daughter, Monica Nabers; parents, Joann and Aubry Nabers; brother, Brian (Rhonda) Nabers; sister, Tammy (Rickey) Hall; and 6 nephews and 3 nieces.
Pallbearers will be Roy, Adam, and Tyler Bradley, Bobby Hall and Ben and Jake Nabers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
The family will receive friends from 10am until service time at First Baptist Church of Ashville.
