

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Kenneth Bailey will officiate and friends will speak.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at Morgan Funeral Chapel and Crematory, which is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bailey was a native of Clear Creek in Western Etowah County and was a resident of Rainbow City most of her life.
She was a graduate of Etowah High School and the radiological training school at Holy Name of Jesus Hospital (now Riverview Regional Medical Center). She was an X-ray and ultrasound technician, and later an instructor, for more than a half-century in Etowah County, working at Holy Name/Riverview and at the offices of the late Dr. Henry Grady Ford and Dr. Webb Sledge.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Ledon Bailey; her parents, George Earl Morrison Sr. and Estelle Morrison; siblings, George Earl Morrison Jr., Roy Morrison and JoAnne Thomas; and grandson, Cooper Bailey.
She is survived by her children, Greg (Helen) Bailey, Toni (David) Cook, Steven (Caron) Bailey, Tim (Amy) Bailey, Susan (Andy) Young and Amy (Bradley) Buckner; grandchildren, Christopher Bailey, Kirbie (Mitchell) Stewart, Hannah (Brett) Ennis, Cathryn (Justin) Shoptaw, Langlie (John Mark) Mintz, Halston Young, Ryan (Amanda) Bailey, Weston (Caroline) Bailey, Aaron Bailey, Evan (AmyClaire) Buckner, Logan Buckner and Bradlee Paige Buckner; great-grandchildren, Abigail Bailey, Brookston Bailey, Grayson Bailey, Jack Christopher Bailey, Ava Brener, Bear Buckner, Abigail Ennis, Steele Ennis, James Mintz, Abbott Stewart and Ellis Stewart; siblings, Hazel Morrison, Helen Hanson, Jerrie Howard, Ruth Dausener and Randall Morrison; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins..
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
Honorary pallbearers will be the X-ray Department at Riverview Regional Medical Center; the staffs at Magnolia Gardens and Gadsden Health Care; and her many co-workers and students over the years.
