James R. (Ben) Wilson beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away April 13, 2012. He was born in Alpine, AR on March 23, 1924 to Fred Wilson and Josey Caruthers Wilson, one of six children, five boys and one girl. He came to California in the early 1940s and spent the rest of his life in Foresthill, where he was employed in the lumber industry. He retired in 1987. After he retired he spent most of his time working in his garden and around the property. When he was not working, he was most likely driving around Foresthill in his red pickup truck or the red Toyota. He is survived by sons: James Wilson of Citrus Heights, CA, Martin Wilson of Foresthill CA, and daughter Sandra Augusta of El Dorado, CA; grandchildren, Lisa Austin of Loon Lake, WA, Jennifer Berrett of Citrus Heights, CA, Mark Augusta of Sacramento, CA, and Amanda Nicole Wilson Lopez; and 16 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Canyon View Assembly, 23221 Foresthill Road, Foresthill, CA at 11 a.m. Saturday April 28, 2012.
