

Lorraine was born October 19, 1930 in Redlands Ca and passed away April 15, 2016 in Rocklin Ca. Lorraine attended Van Nuys High School and worked as an Emergency technician/orthopedic technician at Golden State Memorial Hospital in Newhall Ca. and at Kaiser Hospital in Sacramento. Lorraine loved working in the Emergency department and felt it was very exciting. Lorraine was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother and will always be remembered for her loving patience, kindness and willingness to help others. She was an avid collector and spent many years traveling the United States with her husband Frank, stopping at as many antique shops as they could. She especially loved pie birds and has an extensive collection. She loved working out on their 10 acres and had a passion for iris. Her house was known as “the iris house” and the yard was indeed beautiful. Lorraine was preceded in death by Frank, her husband of 62 years. She is survived by her children Kathleen Martin of Meadow Vista, Ca, Beth Kirk of Rocklin Ca., Steven Miller of Tehachapi, Ca., and Susan Miller of Oakdale Ca.; sisters Jeanne Foster and Charlotte Goldstein both of Oxnard Ca.; nieces and nephews; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be held at New Auburn Cemetery on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 10am
