Allan Roderick Anderson, of Rochester Hills, Michigan, was born in Detroit on March 24th, 1929. He was the second son of Alonzo and Theodosia Anderson, and brother to Alonzo Bruce Anderson. As a young man, Allan joined the Navy and served honorably during the Korean War. Upon discharge from the service, he met and married Violet Joan Anderson; together they raised four children. Later in life, Allan became a Mason, and a member of the Stony Creek Lodge in Rochester. He is a survived by his children, Bruce (Carol), Pat (Wally, Tom), Wendy (Mike) and Andrew (Cathy). He is also survived by six grandchildren and a brand- new great-grandchild.
