Clintonia Bell

Toni was born the daughter of Clinton and Jessica (Nelson) McClain in Birmingham, Alabama on June 23, 1938. She graduated from Jackson-Olin High School, class of 1956. Toni moved to Pontiac Michigan in 1965 and raised her family in Detroit and Pontiac. She had a career as a secretary at Pontiac General Hospital. Toni was a member of St. Vincent Catholic Church.

Toni loved to read. She enjoyed puzzles, crocheting blankets and hats, and tending her flower garden.

Toni is survived by her son Neverill Coleman; stepchildren, Rhonda Craft, Theresa Blocker, Valerie, Connie and Patrick; grandchildren Brandy Stallworth, Shevonne Murphy, Jessica McKenzie, and Clinton Coleman; step-brothers Willie (Maxine) May Sr. and Johnny (Gertrude) May. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Bell; parents; step-brother Izekeho May; half-sister Yvonne Lenoir; and daughter Sharon (Coleman) McKenzie.
