PRETZNOW, Helen, age 88, of Rochester Hills, June 27, 2012; Helen was born in Paradise Township, Grand Traverse County, MI on July 15, 1923 to Edwin and Myrtle Bristol; Helen graduated Avondale High School as the Valedictorian and later in her life went on to graduate from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration; Helen worked and retired from the Social Security Administration in Pontiac, MI; wife of the late Franklin Pretznow for 61 years; mother of Craig Pretznow and Mark (Susan) Pretznow; grandmother of Samantha, Virginia and Derek; great-grandmother of Dennis; the sister of the late Clarence M. Bristol and the late Carol Taig.
