Jeremy William Ahnen

Jeremy William Ahnen, age 30, of Rochester Hills, Michigan, passed away January 25, 2019. He was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan on April 16, 1988. Jeremy graduated from Avondale High School and went on to serve in the United States Army for 4 years, serving one of those years overseas in Iraq. He then went on to have a career as a laser operator for MetalWorks in Chesterfield and was a member of the Great Lakes 4x4 Club. Jeremy always put all his love for his daughter first and then his country. He is survived by the most important part of his life, his daughter, Adilyn; his parents, Jeff and Annette Ahnen; his sister, Nichole (Shawn) Pyle; the love of his life, Katie Verbruggen; his nieces and nephews, Gavin, Caleb, and Justine; and many cousins. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 2-7 PM, with a Memorial Service beginning at 7 PM at Pixley Funeral Home, 3530 Auburn Rd., Auburn Hills, Michigan.
