She was born in Bernie, Missouri on September 12,1926 and was married to her loving husband Richard Cornell on August 4, 1945, who had a career with National Twist Drill.
Loretta was a member of Rochester Hills Baptist Church and had a passion for Bible study and teachings.
She is predeceased by her brother Benjamin "Bud" and sister Inez.
Loretta is survived by her sister Alfreda and many loving nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held for Loretta on Thursday March 16, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with funeral service to start at 1:00 pm at Pixley Funeral Home in Auburn Hills, Michigan followed by procession to White Chapel Memorial Cemetery.
