He was born in Portland Oregon on December 28, 1945.
Stephen attended Avondale School District in his youth and graduated in 1964 from Avondale High.
He was married to his Wife Cheryl (Hall) Gabriel who survives him.
Stephen had a career as a Maintenance Supervisor for the Avondale School District.
He was a lover of animals, especially his cat “Baby”.
He is survived by his wife Cheryl; his Children Scott and Suzanne; his Stepchildren Ben, Zachary, and Laura; his Grandchildren Alexander, Benjamin, Alexandria, Kariscent, Iwan, and Ilana; and Great Grandchild Michael.
Stephen is predeceased by his Son Stephen Jr. and Granddaughter Samantha.
A funeral will be held on November 23, 2022 at 2 PM in the Chapel at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, 621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098.
