

Billie Dolores "Bibs" Wright Ruth went to be with her Heavenly Father Feb. 5, 2016. She was born Sept.14, 1930 in Bivins Station, Moore County, Texas, where she attended school, graduating from Dumas High. She married Jack Donal Ruth in 1947 and moved to Renton in 1956, when Jack took a job with Boeing. An excellent cook, when not working at JC Penny one of her favorite activities was to make cookies with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A gifted artist, she did beautiful arts and crafts and crochet pieces, and blankets for each grandchild, great-grandchild, and children of friends and neighbors. An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints as long as her health allowed, she loved life and enjoyed visiting with everyone and had many friends at the Village Green Retirement Center where she lived the past seven years. Bibs is survived by her son, Jack Blair (Susie) Ruth and daughter Jenne (Scott) Johnson; sister, Kathryn Wright; brother, John (Billie) Wright, and daughter-in-law, Christine Ruth; grandchildren Rebecca (Bill) Smith, Peggy (David) Frakes, Kathryn Ruth, Tami (Andy) Romero, Brittaney (William) Mock, Zachary Johnson, Adam Johnson, Ceirra Johnson, Denelle (Matthew) Montifusco, Matthew (Britta) Beach, and David (Davicia) Van Der Venter; great-grandchildren Jack, Max, and Ella Smith; Abigale and Tyler Frakes; Ellie and Penelope Romero; Zoia Van Der Venter; Mariana, Luca, and Delia Montifuco; Emmeline, Charlotte, Gabriella, Thaddeus, and Gideon Beach. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Jack Donal Ruth; parents, Johan Frank, Sr. and son, George M. Ruth, grandson, Thomas Romano, and sister, Lyda Darsey.
