Jennifer,brad,kenny and christina words can't say how sorry I feel . And I'm so sorry that I could not be there to celebrate Dougs life ,because there was so much to his life . He was a great friend great co-worker and a tough fantasy football opponent. I will miss him but I will never forget him.  Gary Ellenberger

Was sadden and shocked to hear of Dougs passing. You could always count on having a few laughs when you got around Doug, and always fun talking sports with him. He left us way to soon, he will be missed.

Doug was a great friend, brother and brother-in-law. He will be missed and our life will never be the same.

I only had the pleasure of knowing Doug for a few short years, I wish it had been longer. He was always kind, always smiling and I never heard him say anything mean or offensive. Those are rare traits alone much less combined. Thank you to his family for sharing the beautiful pictures of his life. They made it crystal clear what was important to Doug. I will miss seeing Doug's smiling face and wave at work and looking out for others as a safety monitor, just one more thing he did to show that he truly cared for people. My prayers go out to his family to find peace, strength and comfort during this time of sadness. R.I.P. Doug, save me a seat!

Doug was a very special person to me and I am really very sad and shocked of his untimely passing; it's just not right.  Doug will be truly missed.
I will always remember Doug with a smile on his face and Scotty Prasst at his side.

I worked with your father for many years and he was always a kind person of good humor and gentlemanly qualities. Everybody I ever met who knew Doug spoke well of him. I'm but one of many who will miss your Dad. He was a man you can be proud of having as a father.

We will miss Doug. Doug was an important part of the Boeing family here in Kent...a gentle soul and a kind man. My condolences to the family in these hard times and for their loss. God comfort their hearts.

Jennifer and family- I was so sad to hear about your dad's passing. Someone at work told me Friday morning and I was in shock. Your dad was a great guy and a hard worker. He would do construction work often in our building and every time I saw him he had a big smile on his face. We would talk about our kids and life and of course the Seahawks. Doug was a TRUE BLUE FAN!!  I will miss our visits. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Rest In Peace Doug. You left too soon but not without leaving a part of you in all of us. So many wonderful memories come to mind, treasures of friendship you gave to me and all you worked with. I will miss you.

As I prepared for our 40 year class reunion, one notable person was missing. Doug Foreman, a good friend in high school I hadn't seen in forever. I happened to see a facebook post asking for prayers as he was in the hospital. I decided to pay him a visit. As I entered the room, I recognized him right away. Sure a few more pounds on that frame but the same old Doug. He was pretty out of it and I didn't think he would know I was there. I talked to him and let him know his classmates would be thinking of him. I started to say good bye when he reached his right hand out as best he could. I grabbed it and he squeezed it, acknowledging my words. A few days later he shared that moment with his family. I am so glad I was able to see this gentle giant one more time, it meant a lot to me and I guess to him too, Rest in Peace my friend...you will be missed and I will share with our classmates tonight.
