Jerry was the love of his Mother’s life. A mother has love for all of her children, however seeing the love in Vera’s eyes the day I visited her when she was moved into a facility never leaves my mind. Jerry and I was talking at the nurses station and Vera walked in. When ask what did she need, she looked at Jerry, pointed to him and quickly headed in his direction. I will never forget that moment. “Priceless”. Praying prayers of comfort to Ann and the Lance family. 

Oh my I have so many memories with Jerry aka Dad..  We made lots of trips to silver moon flea market Harry's down town to eat. He was just a wonderful man. And will be missed. My heart hurts for yall Junior Mom Tammy and family. Love yall if yall need anything plz let me know. 

We met Jerry and Ann at Hardee's. Wally Barnes ( RIP ) loved going there every morning for coffee and chatting. I'm sure Wally was right there welcoming Jerry home. My thoughts go out to Ann. Unfortunately I can say I know exactly what you are going through. Sad that we had to lose such good people too early. 

i have a lot of memory of uncle jerry  i will never forget the times that you went out of your way to make sure me and my siblings had what we needed and the laughs that we had at hardees you were one of the  strongest men i kno you and my brother potter got to gether it was never ending laughs as i sit here trying to right this im trying to wornder why good took you but now i kno he only took the good ones like that song  only the good die young R.I.P UNCLE JERRY GONE BUT NEVER FORGOT

We miss jerry so much ,I have bought mowers from him and had lots fixed to by him and talked to him on cb radio but most will miss him waving every time we came in hardees and smiling and asking how we were and what we had been doing or if we been fishing.just won't be same no more ,he is deeply missed ,made me cry writing this ,sitting outside at his house and buying fishing stuff at his yard sale,miss you Ole buddy and love you forever god bless and rip

When I think of uncle Jerry first thing comes to mind is going yard saling in that old green grocery getter. The man not one time ever did he pay asking price! Proud to call you Uncle! RIP! With LOVE!  BO!

Our Deepest Sympathy from All our family, we cherish all our great memories from  yd sales, flea markets, our good finds, to our Friday nights eating out, we laughed so hard we cried and people probably thought we were drunk,  to our road trip to Wv.  and us all pigging out on Annette's famous chicken and yellow rice.  Jerry was a good man and so much fun to be with and loved by all who knew him and will never be forgotten. God Bless you Annette and Tammy and Jr., we love you all and hope to see you soon.
