He is survived by his paternal grandparents: John Perry Shiver, SR and Dixie Shivler, maternal grandparents: Danny Poutre and Jo Lynn Poutre, father: John Perry Shivler, Jr, mother: Donna Jo Shivler, fiancée: Katrina Stevens, son: John Perry Shivler VI, daughter: Serena Shivler, brother: Benjamin Shivler, and sisters: Katie Shivler and Isabel Shivler.
