She was born Sunday, April 19, 1936 in Rosalie, AL the daughter of Grady Underwood and Jessie Totherow Underwood. She was a homemaker and charter member of Bethany Free Will Baptist Church of Eaton Park, FL.
Lora is survived by her husband, of 52 years, Cecil Carlton Jones, son: Raymond Jones and his wife Tonya, daughters: Marcie Jones and Jenell Price, brother: Carlos Underwood, sisters: Lucille Prestwood and Pluma Bethune, 8 grandchildren:Jennifer, Shawn, Aaron, Megan, Ashley, Taylor, Mackenzie and Josh and 5 great grandchildren: Kennedy, Nicholas, Wyatt, Lucas and Madison.
Visitation is Friday, March 7, 2014 from 6-8pm at Ott-laughlin Funeral Home, 2198 K-Ville Avenue, Auburndale, FL. Funeral Services are Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 11:00am at Bethany Free Will Baptist Church of Eaton Park, FL with pastor Dwight Skeens officiating. Burial to follow in Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, 2200 K-Ville Avenue, Auburndale, FL
