Chester has been such a mentor to myself and other Fire Marshals and Inspectors.  We will miss him dearly.

I am so sorry to hear about "Uncle Chester" passing away.  Since I was 12 years old, I knew him and his wife as "Uncle Chester" and "Aunt Polly".  His son Tim, Steven Bridges, and I were good friends in junior high school and high school.  My uncle (Alfred Clark) was a friend of his growing up back in the 1940's, and my mom (Minnie Clark-Revels) knew his wife Polly.  I have childhood memories of swimming at his house, and washing his boat together with Steven and Tim.
I live in Sebring, and didn't hear of his passing away until lately; so, unfortunately, I wasn't able to pay my respects at the viewing or funeral.  I want "Aunt Polly" and Tim to know that I remember them all fondly, and will always honor the memory of "Uncle Chester".

I Love you, Your the best. May you rest in peace. I'll see you in heaven and we'll go fishing.

We just received word of Chester's passing and will be unable to attend his service as we are out of town.  We do want to pay our respect to Chester as I worked with him in the beginning of my sprinkler career for many years and he was one of few who always took the time to teach me what he could, and that was a great deal.  I owe a good portion of who I am today to this wonderful man.
