Mr. Padgett was a member of his church bowling and softball leagues.
He enjoyed watching movies and traveling to different places.
Mr. Padgett is preceded in death by his parents, William and Georgia Padgett.
Survivors include his siblings, Michael Padgett (Lyla) and Patricia Smith; nieces, Rebecca Boyd,
Sarah Smith, Theresa Kiefat, and Jessica Smith.
A memorial service will be held at 3pm, Saturday, April 2, 2016, at the Lumpkin Road Chapel
of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the
family of Mr. Padgett.
