Born in Augusta in 1951, Frank lived a life filled with diligent hard work, immense love for his family, and an animated sense of humor. He was incredibly hardworking and took great pride in providing for his family. Whether it be friends, family, or a stranger, Frank was known to always have a joke and a kind word for those around him.
Frank was a loving husband to Deborah Hill whom he shared 50 years of partnership and devotion. He was a proud and supportive father to his daughter, Tobi Mobley, and a doting grandfather to his granddaughter, Mattie Buist. Frank was also a proud veteran who served his country with honor, and a dedicated member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Frank’s family was his heart and joy, and he embraced his roles as husband, father, and grandfather with love and sincerity.
Frank’s everlasting sense of humor, quick wit, and kindness drew people to his presence everywhere he went. He never met a stranger; just a friend he hadn't met yet, and formed connections with ease and warmth.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Hill; daughter, Tobi Mobley (Waine); granddaughter, Mattie Buist (Jaxon); grandson Bennett Mobley (Hope); grandson Harrison Mobley (Jesse); grandson Grant Mobley, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
The viewing will be held at Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 25th, at 11 am, followed by a graveside service at Hillcrest, where all family and friends are welcome to join in honoring Frank’s life.
