Mr. Godbee will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends whose lives he has touched.
Mr. Godbee is survived by his loving wife, JoAn Godbee; sons, Michael Godbee (Rebecca) and Matthew Godbee (Megan); granddaughters, Madison and Charlotte Godbee; siblings, Jack Godbee (Brenda) of Atlanta, GA and Frances McCormick of Belvedere, SC; brother-in-law, Jimmy Hendrix; and several nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
Graveside services will be held at 11am on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Hillcrest Memorial park with Rev. Wesley Weatherford officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
