Geneva "Sis" Fuller

Mrs. Fuller was born to the late Fermond and Hazel Best in Maryville, Tennessee. She later made Augusta, GA her home where she worked as a Bookeeper and her husband’s automotive shop, “Fuller’s” in Augusta. Mrs. Fuller was passionate about her yard and enjoyed gardening, especially her beautiful flowers. She adored her grandchildren and spending time with them. Mrs. Fuller also was an avid lover of animals.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fuller is preceded in death by her husband, Verl “Bob” Fuller; great-grandson, Hardy Hyatt; and siblings, Rayford Best, Clyde Best, Robert “Bud” Best, Warren “Bebe” Best and Freida Longston. Survivors include her children, Douglas Wayne Fuller (Janet) and Rhonda R. Hyatt (Terry); siblings, Linda McDaniel (dec. Wayne), Walter Best (Becky) and Kenneth Best (dec. Brenda); grandchildren, Hunter Hyatt, Gavin Hyatt (Brittany), Nicole Danner (Dant) and Crystal Kovalchuck (William); and great-grandchildren, Ashley Stroud, Torie Stroud, Brantley Hyatt, Collins Hyatt, Baleigh Hyatt, Annely Todd and Sawyer Overton.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm, Friday, September 5, 2025 at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
