Mrs. Daniels was born on July 20, 1935 to the late Aster Edenfield Dent in Dublin, GA. She worked at the Augusta Herald, later known as the Augusta Chronicle for many years until retirement. She adored her customers who received the daily paper and received countless thank you cards from her clients. When she was able, she also enjoyed walking in the mall. Mrs. Daniels adored her family and treated her children’s spouses as if they were her own children. She enjoyed family gatherings and cooking for her family, especially her macaroni and cheese and dressing at Thanksgiving. She was a selfless and generous woman who had a rare soul.
